Cloudly has launched Cloudly Regional Cloud in Bangladesh through a joint venture with InterCloud, bringing enterprise-grade regional cloud infrastructure closer to local businesses.

The partnership combines Cloudly’s expertise in cloud architecture, managed services, DevOps, monitoring, and optimization with InterCloud’s infrastructure capabilities to deliver reliable and scalable cloud services for organizations in Bangladesh.

MoU Signing

The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed by Ishmam Mahdy, Head of Operations at Cloudly, and Mr. Md. Hasibur Rashid, CEO of InterCloud.

Tier-III Data Centre Infrastructure

Cloudly Regional Cloud offers Tier-III data centre services from Hi-Tech Parks in Gazipur and Jashore, designed for high availability, resilience, and business continuity.

The infrastructure includes redundant network connectivity, concurrently maintainable architecture, enterprise-grade compute and storage, redundant power, secure facility controls, and operational practices aligned with standards such as ANSI/TIA-942 and ISO.

Commvault-Powered Backup

Cloudly Regional Cloud also provides Commvault-powered two-location backup across Gazipur and Jashore, supporting automated backup, replication, retention, and rapid recovery across geographically separate locations.

The service can support business applications, web and e-commerce platforms, enterprise systems, backup and disaster recovery, development environments, and hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
